  • Busy, established, non-corporate, seven doctor General Practice requires a Registered Nurse for Community Nursing / Practice Treatment room work. 
  • The position involves one full day per week in the Treatment room plus home visits to carry out Health Care Assessments with over 75 yr old patients.  The successful applicant will have experience in Community Nursing, developing Health Care Plans, be able to work independently, and have a high level of nursing competency.  They will have excellent communications skills and be an enthusiastic and willing member of our friendly team of Practice staff.
