To become a member of the Brisbane South Division of General Practice and take advantage of all the services we provide, please look through the membership brochure below, and fill out the membership form. Please post or fax back the form to the division; details can be found on the form.
Membership Categories
Member
This membership category is available to GP’s and practice staff.
You also need to be practicing within the divisional boundaries
Associate
Associate Membership is available to medical practitioners other then general medical practitioners.
Affiliate
This membership is available to Allied Health professionals and GP’s who reside outside the divisional boundaries.
Dr In Training/ Medical Student /GP Registrar
Membership for GP registrars, can be within or outside the divisional boundaries
Membership Benefits
BSDGP offers its members the following:
- Practice support and education for general practice
- Assistance in the delivery of primary health care programs
- Education and advice around business improvement
- Support to practices in their ongoing professional development
- Advocacy on local and state issues to relevant government organisations
- Liaison and integration with health care providers including Queensland Health to enhance general practice and patient experience in the health care sector
